APPLICATION DETAILS for 2150 Lakeshore Blvd West (aka Christie’s)

An Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application in order to redesignate the lands (from Regeneration Areas to Mixed Use Areas and Parks and Open Spaces) for a new GO Station as well as to permit an intensified mixed-use development which would include mid-rise and tall buildings (including 15 towers with heights ranging from 28 to 70-storeys). The redevelopment of this site would be completed in multiple phases with new public and private streets, a new public park (1.25 ha), and two Squares (Station Square (4,311 square metres) and Boulevard Square (3,358 square metres)). This proposal includes a total gross floor area of approximately 701,809 square metres which would be a combination of residential (584,932 square metres), commercial (63,444 square metres), retail (36,364 square metres), and institutional/other (17,071 square metres) uses on the lands municipally known as 2150 & 2194 Lake Shore Boulevard West and 23 Park Lawn Road. This proposal includes a total of 7,504 residential units and 4,422 vehicular parking spaces. Refer to File Number 20 146496 WET 03 SB for the related Draft Plan of Subdivision application in order to establish development blocks and new streets (a total of 10 blocks).

In this case, two more applications have been received and under review for Site Plan approval and Subdivision approval, with numerous supporting application documents for each of them.

PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS

The formal notice of any public meeting held by the City will be sent to:  property owners within 120m (400 feet) of the property; anyone submitting a written request to the City Clerk’s Office to be notified; and anyone providing their name and contact information on (a comment sheet that is brought up by clicking “I agree” to the following).
