The Mimico Residents Association has engaged with the developer proposing to construct buildings at 21-31 Windsor Street: a proposed 46, 32, 14 & 7-storey mixed-use condominium, co-op, affordable rental, transitional housing, office, retail, community space, daycare, parkland & POPS development designed by Arcadis for Diamante Development on the east side of Windsor Street south of Portland Street, in Toronto’s Mimico area.
