2298 Lake Shore Boulevard West
The abandoned daycare building at 2298 Lake Shore Boulevard (West side, opposite Grand Harbour) has been torn down and is now an empty lot. Property is owned by Toronto Parking Authority. Here’s an excerpt from the staff report: “In 2013, the Toronto Parking Authority purchased this property to construct a 38 space surface parking facility to service the Mimico-By-The Lake BIA neighbourhood.
