Thanks for coming, Mimico!
Last night’s Meet & Greet at Great Lakes Brewery was a huge success – nearly 100 neighbours showed up!
For us, volunteer board members, it was incredibly motivating to see the growing interest in our local initiatives and the strong turnout at our events.
It reminds us why we put in the many hours creating newsletters, planning, and promoting. We hope you had a great time meeting your neighbours. w the photos for updates, upcoming events, and how you can get involved.
Mimico GO Accessibility Petition – 35 More Signatures Collected (Over 650 total)
We’re grateful for the continued support of our petition to make Mimico GO Station accessible. Last night, 35 more signatures were collected and passed along to MPP Lee Fairclough’s team.
Our MPP recently launched her own newsletter, which features the petition – you can find the first issue here and sign up for her newsletter here.
Because the Legislative Assembly of Ontario is adjourned until mid-October, the 24 sitting-day deadline for a response to our petition lands in late November (around Nov 26, 2025). We’re still collecting signatures—add yours.
