Thank you for attending the Etobicoke-Lakeshore Local Air Quality Open House on January 15, 2014. I would like to inform you that on March 3, 2014, the Environment and Energy Division will be presenting its Staff Report to the Parks and Environment Committee detailing the results of a local air quality study conducted in the Etobicoke-Lakeshore (Wards 5 and 6). The Environment and Energy Division is also in the process of hiring Community Facilitators who will begin action-oriented work on pollution prevention activities in Wards 5 and 6 as well as other wards in 2014.
