Project Summary
The Mimico Residents Association has engaged with the developer proposing to construct buildings that are 36, 36, 30 and 22 stories. These are proposed to be mixed-use rentals and condominiums designed by SvN and Kohn Partnership Architects for Vandyk Properties on the southeast corner of Newcastle Street and Windsor Street, in Toronto’s Mimico-Queensway.
