Many real estate developments are proposed for Mimico over the next several years. The Mimico Residents Association recognizes that real estate developments in Mimico are an important issue for many residents of this community. In combination, they will shape both the growth and character of our community. Developments must occur in a way that works for everyone who lives here, and that keeps Mimico as the vibrant, welcoming place it is.
We are working to create a position and approach to ensuring that community perspectives are captured by developers and the City of Toronto so that Mimico continues to grow as a community that works for the people who live here.
