Mimico GO Shuttle Bus
Starting June 25th the TTC is offering a new bus route – the 176 Mimico GO service.
This one-way bus route will serve TTC bus stops between the Lake Shore Loop and Mimico GO Station every 30 minutes, and will meet with GO train trips during the peak periods.

Metrolinx Open House on Mimico and Long Branch GO plus potential Park Lawn Station

Humber Bay Park East Architectural Project Public Meeting
Date: Thursday July 12th
Time: 3:30 to 5:30PM and 6:30 to 8:00PM
Location: Mimico Centennial Library at 47 Station Road
A public open house to review proposed architectural improvements to Humber Bay Park East. Everyone is welcome to attend. City Staff and the project architect will be on hand to answer questions.

Rosalynde (or, As You Like It) by William Shakespeare

Looking back 100 years to Canada in 1918, Rosalynde (or, As You Like It) explores the right to be who we are, to love whom we choose and to do what we please in a time when women were fighting for equality, the government was regulating recreational substances, and conflict was shaping our country. Not at all like today, eh?

The Echoes Project
Date: August 9,10,11
Time: 7:30PM to 8:30PM
Location: Amos Waites Park
Over an 8-week period the Clay and Paper Theatre will nurture, inspire, guide and build a site-specific performance about place and displacement with the citizens of Mimico and environs. Our theme is inspired by local historic, ecological and social turning points, that will help shape the project’s creative journey and storytelling structure.
