  • Halloween Dance Oct 28 – Mike
    • Coordination meeting tentatively planned October 26th, 7:30 pm- Mike to confirm and coordinate
  • Pet election beginning Oct 17 – Tim
    • The election starts Monday 17th
    • Tim to coordinate online voting 
  • Fall newsletter sent Oct 7 – Neil
  • Mail campaign sent Oct 3-4 – Mike / Jim
  • Billboard up as of Sept 30 – Phillip
    • Located in Kipling, south of Evans
  • Website live as of Sept 21 – Jim
    • Will determine if there is a way to track website clicks

• Door-to-door campaign (10-15 min)
  • Context: we have membership brochures/postcards printed and ready to go for our door-to-door campaign
  • Key actions: we need to determine a tactical plan for executing the campaign (volunteers, areas/doors to target, date and time, script, etc.)
    • Tentative date: Saturday, Nov 5, 2022 (morning)
    • Rozhen will reach out to Tim to see if he can take on organizing this
