Thank you to all the community members who have volunteered for Party in the Park!
Cotton Candy/Popcorn: Make the product and have it ready for the server. Be sure to keep track of product remaining and advice the servers if supplies are running low.
Servers: One person should be handing out the product while the other person collects tickets. Keep an eye on the coolers and stay appraised of how much product is left and advice the next shift how much product is left and whether anything needs to be refilled in terms of ice, etc.
Raffle Coordinator: Give out pictures, keep an eye on the table that has the materials and raffle box.
Party in the Park Helpers: These people will be given beanies by the organizers and will be moving around the area helping where help is needed and making sure everything is going smoothly.
