APPLICATION DETAILS for 23 Buckingham Street
Official Plan Amendment application to permit a mixed-use development consisting of two residential apartment buildings and a mid-rise building connected by a 4-storey podium.
In this case, an application has also been received for a condominium.
Draft Plan of Standard Condominium application for southern portion of site comprised of a 37-storey building with a shared 4-storey podium, which contains a total of 327 residential units and 200 residential parking spaces.

Site Plan Control application for proposed mixed-use development containing three buildings, 12, 26 and 37-storeys in height, connected by a 4-storey podium. The development proposes a total gross floor area of 54,412 m², of which 47,896 m² would be for residential, 4,650 m² for office space and 1,866 m² for retail use. The development would contain 749 residential units and a total of 523 vehicular parking spaces. The site is the subject of Official Plan Amendment (16 269378 WET 06 OZ) and Zoning By-Law Amendment (17 258569 WET OZ) applications that were appealed to and subsequently approved, in part, by the Ontario Land Tribunal (“OLT”) in a decision issued on February 11, 2020 and February 13, 2020 (PL180209 and PL170834).

PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS
The formal notice of any public meeting held by the City will be sent to: property owners within 120m (400 feet) of the property; anyone submitting a written request to the City Clerk’s Office to be notified; and anyone providing their name and contact information on (a comment sheet that is brought up by clicking “I agree” to the following).
