DESCRIPTION:Mad Chan is about to take you through a Soca experience with a Wuk and Wave workshop! Bring your family and get your friends together to Wuk and Wave. Come free up and learn some Soca social dances while we Dance Together in community!  \nChantal (Mad Chan) is an active dance artist\, choreographer and performer in Toronto. Chan has hosted dance events for Black Health Social Services Hubs\, the Raptors Hoops for Health\, Jamaica Day\, Caribana\, Kiddi Carnival and Black Student Advocacy groups throughout Peel schools. She has performed with Carnival Spice\, Bella Divas\, Tribal\, Blue Jays\, PanAm Festival and many more. Her ability to connect with people is unmatched – when Chan is in the room\, you not only get the greatest vibes from the Vibez Master\, you walk away learning about yourself and the culture of dance. \nPhoto by Mirna Chacin \nThis workshop is free for everyone to attend thanks to the support of Arts in the Parks program\, funded by Toronto Arts Foundation in partnership with Toronto Arts Council and the City of Toronto.
